Payment TOS

Half of payment owed is due up front, last payment is to be made before commissioner receives the full unmarked file

Any significant changes made after completion is a $5 charge, some things may be unchangable and can be refused

Quotes are always free! just message me and ask if you arent sure the price of something

All prices are listed in USD (U.S Dollars) so be mindful of that!

I will only accept payment via paypal, venmo, or cashapp, I do NOT accept any digital checks

No refunds after payment has been sent, the commission can be canceled halfway through by the commissioner but the first payment will not be refunded

Extra fees will be stated and agreed upon before a commission is started

Rights

ALL artwork other than tattoos will be watermarked and/or signed, any removal (Photoshoping, cropping (not in the case of profile photos), etc of credit will result in a blacklist from any future commissions

Feel free to post my artwork wherever you want as long as credit is made!

Do not edit my work to the point it is unrecognisable, do not color any uncolored sketches

Any use of AI with my work will result in a complete blacklist from any future commissions or reposting of my art

I reserve the right to post any artwork I make onto my social medias and websites, if you want something delayed/hidden for personal reasons please let me know

Do not commission other artists to edit and complete my work

General TOS

You will receive updates through every step in the process and upon reasonable request. please mind my timezone is EST and other life factors will affect how fast I can deliver update requests

Wait time will be discussed during the intitial planning stage, I on average take 1-2 weeks for character art, detailed paintings may take longer

Note that I am disabled and live with chronic issues, if my symptoms ever cause a delay this will be communicated to the commissioner, if I end up in a state where I am hospitalized/unable to finish, refunds will be issued as soon as possible

Harrasment, insulting etc to the artist will result in a decline of a commission/cancelation with no refund

If contact is cut mid commission and I cannot get to you, the commission will be considered finished and a refund will not be issued

ANY NSFW piece must only ever be posted in 18+ communities/not available to minors, if you are found to break this you will be blacklisted from commissioning

I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason
